Application
The installation is made up of a airflow circuit and its circuits of conditioning in fluids to test the automobile exchangers radiator, RAS and condenser as well as piloting of the GMV. It thus makes it possible to carry out tests of thermal and aeraulic performance on sub-assemblies related to driving cooling.
 

Description of the equipment
An airflow circuit and its circuit frozen water allowing to simulate a frontal speed of air on the exchanger (or the stacking of several exchangers),

A circuit radiator making it possible to simulate the coolant vehicle supplying the exchanger under test,

A RAS circuit allowing to simulate the air of turbo supplying the exchanger,

A circuit condenser allowing to simulate the refrigerant supplying the exchanger,

A circuit GMV allowing to simulate the fuel supply of a motor bike-ventilator group,

An airflow process of the various buildings,

Electric components and of trim systems,

Regulation systems of control of the functions of each circuit,

The system of supervision and acquisition of the whole of the functions.
