Test of new generation air conditioning systems (CO2, Yf1234, …) with simulation of their final position in the vehicle and simulation of the vehicle use.

Description of equipment
Design, calculation, manufacturing and on site commissioning of :
2 air generators (see details hereafter)

1 double-compartment climatic chamber

1 associated duct network
 

Characteristics:

High Flow air generator :
Simulation of the air at the front of the vehicle.

Temperature range : 0°C to +70°C

Air flow : 600 to 6000 m³/h.
 
Low Flow air generator :
Simulation of the air in the cockpit.

Temperature range : 0°C to +60°C

Humidity range : 10% to 90% HR.

Air flow : 100 to 800 m³/h.

Isothermal chamber :
Chamber divided into two chambers

Installation of a complete automobile air conditioning circuit

Compressor driven by a 22 kW brushless motor
